Shipping Policy

Tracking information will be made available once your order has shipped. Customers will receive tracking details by email within a few business days after shipment. You may also log into your account to view order and tracking information.

All direct-to-consumer orders are shipped with standard doorstep delivery only for a flat shipping fee of $250 per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery includes doorstep delivery only.

  • In-home setup, installation, assembly, and white glove services are not available.

  • Customers are responsible for moving and setting up products after delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, carrier schedules, and seasonal demand.

During peak seasons and holidays, shipments may experience additional delays.

Returns & Trial Period

Instant Comfort does not offer a home trial period for direct-to-consumer online purchases.

All direct online sales are considered final sale. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after shipment unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and provide photos of the damage along with your order information so we can review and assist accordingly.

Retail Store Recommendation

For the best shopping experience, we strongly encourage customers to purchase through an authorized Instant Comfort retail partner.

Retail stores can provide:

  • Local customer assistance

  • Additional service and support options

Instant Comfort products are best experienced in person, and purchasing through a retail location is the recommended option for customers seeking hands-on assistance before making a purchase.

Additional State Recycling Fees

Certain states may require mandatory mattress recycling fees to be collected at checkout in accordance with local regulations. Applicable fees will be displayed during the purchasing process where required by law.
